Did you know…
…that stacking key healthy habits is associated with ~12–14 extra years of life1? Or that approximately 80% of non-communicable diseases2 are preventable through your behaviour and habit changes? — Imagine not only increasing your life expectancy but also the number of healthy years — this cultural revolution in how we perceive health affects how we feel today, tomorrow, and the rest of our lives.
The average healthspan in the EU is 63 years, compared to the average lifespan of 81.7 years.
Sentier Club aims to promote the lifestyle, behaviours, and performance that ensure a youthful spirit, from young athletes to mature performers. Your longevity journey starts here:
Biometric diagnostics that matter
Identify your cardiovascular strength and body composition metrics through essential health assessments; a body composition analysis and a VO2 max test. These are the two highest-value, routinely measurable health markers.
Adopt a personalized lifestyle and performance plan
Based on the biometric insight, a carefully tailored plan is generated to maximise physical and mental performance. Daily behavioural changes are key to success.
The Assessment
A sport scientist performs a body composition analysis and VO2 max test using next-generation technology. Your assessment will be conducted with the same advanced equipment used by pro sports teams, elite military units, and top universities. Our validated tests are far more accurate than predicted data from wearable devices (from which we frequently observe wildly inaccurate results).

The Consultation
After your assessment, a sport scientist will guide you through your biometric diagnostics and offer a personalized action plan. This step is crucial to understanding the results through a longevity lens; An explanation that isn't followed by behavioral change recommendations won't improve your quality of life, or your healthy life expectancy.

The Follow-Up
For those determined to maintain accountability and the correct improvement pathway, the bundles offer a return every quarter for a follow-up examination to track your progress. This allows for an analysis of the methods you employed since your last visit, thereby making room for corrective adjustments. The goal is to turn every progress into a lasting habit.
